- Candidates and staff: name, contact details, CV/résumé, work history, qualifications, references, right-to-work and identity information, and, where lawful, background-check results.
- Clients: business contact details, billing information, and information exchanged to deliver services.
- Website visitors: IP address, device and browser data, pages viewed, and information submitted through forms.
- Work-related data: for staff, time, attendance, and activity records collected through authorized workforce-management systems (see our Data Security and Activity & Time policies).
3. How we use information
We use personal information to: provide recruitment and staffing services; match candidates to roles; manage payroll, invoicing, and engagements; communicate with clients and candidates; operate, secure, and improve our website; and comply with legal and contractual obligations. Where required by law, we rely on lawful bases such as consent, contract, legitimate interests, or legal obligation.

We share personal information with: clients (for candidate matching and service delivery); service providers and processors who support our operations under confidentiality obligations; and authorities or advisers where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.

We operate in the United States and Australia and engage staff in the Philippines. Personal information may be transferred to and processed in these and other countries. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for international transfers.
