The role
A client-side Civil Project Manager delivering a multi-year program of civil infrastructure, industrial and commercial development projects, from concept to completion.
What you'll do
- Deliver projects from concept through design, approvals, construction and completion
- Procure and manage consultants, contractors and suppliers
- Administer contracts, and manage budgets, programs, risk and reporting
- Keep the work compliant with legislative, regulatory and operational requirements
- Contribute to strategic planning and the development of the precinct
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you'll bring
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field
- 5+ years delivering civil infrastructure, land development or major construction projects
- Client-side PM, contract administration or superintendent's representative experience
- Strong commercial sense and stakeholder skills
- Highly regarded: RPEQ, and a background in government, infrastructure, property development or industrial projects
