The role
A Civil Project Manager role with full accountability for your projects, from mobilisation through to handover.
What you'll do
- Run projects through mobilisation, construction, completion and handover
- Set and track programs, budgets, cash flow and cost-to-complete
- Lead project engineers, site engineers and supervisors
- Manage subcontractors, procurement, plant, labour and materials
- Resolve constructability issues with designers and the client
- Handle variations, progress claims, EOTs and contract correspondence
What you'll bring
- A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent
- Substantial civil delivery experience, e.g. bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, services, subdivisions, utilities, mining infrastructure or land development
- Strong commercial, contractual, cost control and programming skills
- Proven leadership of people and subcontractors
- Sound knowledge of WA WHS requirements
