The role
Permanent Earthworks Supervisor roles on a 2:1 FIFO roster ex Perth, with an immediate start. The work is bulk and detailed earthworks, cut-to-fill and general civils in a mining environment, with some FRP exposure.
What you'll do
- Lead the crews and manage the daily work fronts
- Coordinate plant and labour to hit productivity, quality and safety targets
- Deliver both bulk and detailed earthworks scopes
What you'll bring
- S26 Supervisor certification (essential)
- A track record supervising bulk earthworks, plus detailed earthworks experience (essential)
- FRP exposure (preferred)
- Rio Tinto inductions (preferred); BHP inductions a strong advantage
- A clean National Police Clearance
